That new car smell...
Well,
Thanks for everyone's input...I purchased the Subaru and I LOVE IT! It's great in the snow, fast on the highways and lots of fun. I am excited to get a hitch on it and see how it pulls but that will have to wait. I'm going up to this amazing backcountry cabin outside of Whistler to film some cliffs, pillows, and cornices in two days. It will be really exciting. It is actually the area where 3/4s of the K2 Back 9 competition took place. Also where Warren Miller's crew just sledded into and stayed to film the same type of stuff. Hopefully they haven't taken all the lines.
Even if they have we'll be able to find lots of good set-ups.
And now I can't think of anything else to write, I am still a noob at this blogging thing and I am sure I haven't written anything too exciting to look at but perhaps some wandering surfers will enjoy a few words.

My new blog
Hey there,
This is my first post, isn't it exciting? I know, it is. Well the snow is amazing in BC, the sun is now shining, and I may be getting a new car. I am looking at a 2004 Subaru Impreza 2.5L TS. Seems like a good car for me, it can tow 2000 lbs which is good because within the next year or so I will be getting a sled (snowmobile). Does anyone out there know much about Subaru's and have anything particular to comment about them?
Please feel free to let me know.
